Operating within the Scaled Agile Framework, I led multiple initiatives with Data As A Service group, which overhauled the data framework for the bank and helped decommission legacy systems and release enhanced services to customers.

I helped initiate the PI sessions, coached teams in the nuances of Scrum and helped teams adapt to Kanban.

This has streamlined value creation for the bank in multiple Lines of Business and reduced wastage to the tune of millions of dollars.
